HO Building: At present, the Head Office Building of the State Cooperative Union is functioning in a rental building. The Union is constructing a  5 storied building with all facilities such as Office, Auditorium, Guest rooms and Library Hall. The estimate is  a sum of Rs. 2 crores.

While a few Cooperative Training Centers and Colleges have developed their own campuses and few are still in the rental/old building  which are not congenial for effective training due to the  lack  of the hostel, classroom, boarding facilities , library, faculty and office rooms etc.

Of the nine Cooperative Training Centers and seven Cooperative Training Colleges under the State Cooperative Union, the institutions  at  Thiruvananthapuram, Kottarakkara, Cherthalai, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Wayanad are housed at  its own buildings. The Union is having landed  property for the construction of buildings at Palakkad and Kannur. Due to the non-availability of sufficient funds, the Union could not taken- up  the construction work of buildings at these two places. Attempts are on to equip all training institutions properly.

The use of modern teaching methods and equipments by the faculty is very rare. The Union is trying to develop a systematic training apparatus in the State and faculty development  Training Programme are organized. with the help of ICM, Trivandrum from time to time.
